After more than 22 years in Texas real estate, I earned my Broker’s license and built Fitz & Co. from the ground up — a boutique brokerage created for agents who want real support from a leader that’s lived every phase of this business.

My expertise begins with decades of residential production across several Texas markets, complemented by a corporate legal background in compliance, commercial property management, and contract negotiations.
